If we consider there is a need to store records for longer (for example, if legally necessary) then we will retain the data for as long as is necessary.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes. You can exercise that right by checking the relevant boxes when you complete an online booking form or by contacting us at any time.
